CAPITOL HILL, Tarlac City---The Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office [PSWDO] under the Provincial Government of Tarlac [PGT] joined the nation in celebrating the 32nd National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week last July 20 at the lobby of the Provincial Capitol here.
CAPAS, TARLAC---Governor Victor Yap and third district Representative Jeci Lapus attended the inauguration of the newly constructed Alunan Primary School building which was donated by the Good People International [GPI] and the Korean International Cooperative Agency [KOICA] here last July 13.
The GPI is an international development non-government organization that was established in July 1999 in South Korea aimed to establish awareness with their global neighbors who are most vulnerable to poverty and diseases due to social isolation while KOICA which was established in 1991 aimed to manage aid and technical cooperation program.

CAPITOL HILL, Tarlac City---Governor Victor Yap gave a status report on the implementation of his administration’s agenda for the next three years and asked members of the Provincial Board for their support and cooperation through legislative measures during the inaugural session of the Sanguniang Panlalawigan [SP] last July 7 at the Session Hall here.
IN A DIRECT and immediate response to President Benigno Aquino’s call for a mandatory universal health care coverage for all Filipinos, Rep. Susan Yap [2nd Distrist, Tarlac] filed House Bill 937, to ensure that every Filipino is granted with basic health care services.

Siblings Governor Victor and Congresswoman Susan Yap and other provincial officials took their oath of office last June 29 at the Bulwagan ng mga Gobernador here. The ceremonies started with an ecumenical prayer by different religious leaders in the province followed by singing of the national anthem and Awit ng Tarlac before the formal oath-taking ceremonies.
SECOND DISTRICT Representative Jose Yap was buried high-noon of March 9 at the Monasterio de Tarlac at Lubigan, San Jose, after a huge outpouring of affection from thousands upon thousands of Tarlaquenos that even rivaled the funeral of other iconic political figures in the country.
