About
Vision
AKO envisions a society free from the menace and danger posed by the proliferation of illegal drugs and their precursors, a society free from groups, syndicates and peddlers of illegal drugs, and to motivate the youth, parents and all cause oriented groups and persons against this singular threat.
Mission
To attain that vision, AKO will devote itself to anti-illegal drug proliferation and prevention through information and education, and to actively organize a sustainable campaign against illegal drug use, and actively participate in various fora to achieve that end, including Congress as a sectoral organization under the party-list law.

Why Tarlac?
Strategic Location
Tarlac Province is situated at the center of the Central Plains of Luzon, landlocked by four provinces: Nueva Ecija on the east, Pangasinan on the north, Pampanga on the south, and Zambales on the west. It is classified as a first class province with a total land area of 305,345 hectares.
Tarlac City is the most urbanized, in terms of services, and has the largest built-up area. But unlike cities of similar development in the country, it remains to be predominantly agriculture in character as evidenced by the large tracts of agricultural land and open space surrounding the poblacion.
